Project Strategies

Through our Research, Data processing and M&E Unit, we process and analyze data from M&E activities; assessments; baseline surveys; knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) surveys; and programme/project evaluations to inform the planning, design and/ or adjustment of our projects and programme. Relevant reports generated or prepared are shared with our partners and the public through various communication channels.

Under our Obstetric Fistula Prevention, Treatment, Rehabilitation and Re-integration Project, we have established an M&E database that will capture available and subsequent data on obstetric fistula survivors and antenatal patients registered at our Serrekunda hospital as well as our Mandinaba and outreach clinics.
